The culinary tradition of La Gomera is based on making the most of the products of our land and ocean. The flavours of La Gomera are its mojo sauces, the gofio, the goat’s cheese and meat, tuna, vegetable garden produce and the exotic fruits that grow on our plantations. On our restaurant Los Telares we combine these flavours with traditional and international recipes to offer an eclectic and different menu.
