• Artisan bread with homemade mojo sauce

• “Causa Gomera”, our signature dish with sweet potato, almogrote and palm honey

• Grilled cheese with mojo and palm honey, a local favourite

• Watercress cream with gofio and cheese, a comforting island classic

• “Gomero” Al Pastor Tacos, our Canarian take on the Mexican favourite, with corn tortilla, marinated pork, onion, pineapple and cilantro

• Wreckfish (cherne) with potatoes and carrot–ginger purée, a creative combination by our chef Alejandro

• Gofio mousse with palm honey, the most iconic dessert of La Gomera
